August Updates (Part 1)

Alright, I don't have a lot time to do this so, just a brief update.

Look how beautiful my city is. Even though I'm not born here, she raised me. I'm starting to feel a sense of belonging. A part of who she is.
It's National Day.

Farewell dinner with Grace and Weiying. They both are currently in Sweden now for exchange.
I looked tired in the photos. I thought I looked much more alert. Reason being that I just managed to finish one assignment which was dued that weekend.

I almost forgot that I bought tickets to watch NTU MJ Dancetitude until Leycia called to ask what time we were meeting. Overwhelmed by cumulative exhaustion ever since school started. It's a dance production by NTU dancers. And yes, I saw her. Memories, both good and bad made me teary eyed. Damn it. I couldn't hold back my tears by the end of the first item because I spotted her on stage already. Got really inspired by the guest item by NRA. It was my favourite choreography followed by the last item which was dedicated to Patrick Loo. I cried too, silly me. It was a surprise item and Pat has never seen them done it until that actual day. It left Patrick speechless. You can guessed how touching it was already. The item featured choreographies which Pat had taught over the past 2 years. To be honest, Pat was the first person who taught me all the basics of Hip Hop when I was 16. Apparently I was in this Hip Hop club which was set up by Siyang and it is predominantly the bboy and bgirl genre. I remember every Wednesday with the girls from the club all the way from school to Millenia Walk. Our class ends quite late and we still gotta be up early the next day for school.  Every Sunday we'd rush down halfway before our Sunday service ends, together with my church friend, just to attend his class. But it was all worth it. I guess we were the only girls who gave him a Patrick Starfish boxers as a Teachers' Day gift.

The sleepy eyes again. It's just the next day. What do you expect?!

Did I mention that the spotlight on the stage is super awesome. The lighting effects of this theatre is one of the best that I've seen. Mind you. This is a school auditorium, at RP Cultural Centre.

I know you can't get enough of us. Hahaha!
